Website aims to find Lisa clues

BBC

Lisa Dorrian's family hope the website will generate information

The family of murdered Bangor woman Lisa Dorrian is launching a website in an effort to learn more about her disappearance last February.

The 25-year-old was last seen at a party on a County Down caravan site. Her body has never been found.

Police believe members of the Loyalist Volunteer Force may have been involved in her killing.

Last month, hundreds of people attended a packed church remembrance service for Lisa in Ballyholme.

Despite extensive searches her body has not been recovered. Detectives believe it could have been hidden in water.

A forensic scientist looking at the cases of the Disappeared will be able to work on Lisa's case.

The forensic scientist is being funded by the British and Irish governments to help locate the remains of five people abducted, murdered and secretly buried by the IRA during the Troubles.
